Return Policy:

We personally guarantee everything we sell. At Everlasting Candle we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of our products within 30 days of purchase, you may return them for a full refund, subject to this policy:

Original Receipt – A full refund will be issued based on the original tender. Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned.

Tracked Return Shipping - Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Contact Us - To start a return please contact us at hello@everlastingcandleco.com. Please include photos of the items you would like to return, as well as the original receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES/ISSUES If upon reception of your order you inspect damage, or if the item is defective or incorrect please contact us immediately at hello@everlastingcandleco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be aware there are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from purchase.

Everlasting Candle Co is a Canadian company. If you are charged a Canadian transaction fee by your credit card issuer, please contact us at hello@everlastingcandleco.com and this will be immediately reimbursed to you.
